I love that Family Guy continues to nod to some of their great moments from the original run. The chicken fight, Mr. Kool in the court house and the pedophile were some of my absolute favorites. In fact, the Kool-Aid man in episode 1 might be the thing that originally hooked me. When the show returned to Fox, Shannon & I were both THRILLED to see the pedophile. I'm not sure if prefer how they've added him as a nearly weekly fixture, or if I'd rather he was much more sporadic.
I LOVE Mayor Adam West.
I think my all-time favorite moment might have been when Stewie eulogized Brian's dead mother: IMDB Quote Page, 3rd from bottom
Adam West is one of my all time favorites. When he steps out of his office into the hallway of city hall and sees three bathrooms: one labeled men, one labeled women and the third labeled Adam West. He takes a step towards the Adam West door and stops himself, "No, no, that's just what they'll be expecting." Priceless.
